I have taken R8cha's MLS file he made and improved it greatly. His was just a base, but I have made it more realistic. I credit him for structuring the squads and creating faces. I credit PESworld's Jordan for the kits (taken from R8cha's base). Here is notes of things I did to R8cha's base.
1) updated team tactics/formations/lineups (did a lot of research on whoscored's website as well as sofifa to get this right)
2) Team logos had weird shadows on them, so I replaced them with regular logos
3) I updated all font styles/colors/placement for all kits. He had a lot of missing items in this regard.
4) I renamed all fake players missed by R8cha to a real player. He had a few players left as the default fake player's names from the fake teams he edited.
5) I renamed every player with weird naming structure that R8cha had. For example he had a lot of guys with full names spelled out, which PES doesn't do. My names will be consistent with the rest of PES.
6) I updated every player's shirt name, position, playable positions, as well as making sure right country, strong foot, age. I also made sure their appearance is somewhat resembling the real life player. I left most faces alone and adjusted a few that I felt needed it.
7) I edited player stats! This is the biggest undertaking. R8cha did well for some players but not well for a bunch more. There are countless guys way overrated and way underrated. What I did is use sofifa's website for players and made a rough translation of those into PES for each player. In general most players in pes are about 1-2 better ovr than fifa, so i took that into consideration when updating this. I also paid attention to update each player's weak foot ability to match sofifa, as R8cha's base had every player with the highest weak foot ability for some reason. (WARNING: this will update some national team players stats as well as there were quite a few underrated players from NT that were rated much higher on their MLS teams.)
With R8cha's base and my edits, i believe this to be easily the best MLS out there at the moment. These teams overall ratings are on par with the English Championship as I've always heard MLS is on par with that league.
One last note. This CAN be copied over R8cha's old files as I only edited the players that he created and or added to MLS teams from an existing National Team player. This means that no other players are affected outside of the ones that R8cha originally made for his base. These will copy to 20 of the teams in the "Other Latin America" section.
