Most my players every match have grey arrows?

Yep, its all about resting them when the arrows are blue or gray
playing them when they are blue doesnt help your situation

no but thats the thing...even at the beginning of the season, 5/6 of my players in the squad would have grey arrows, then even the ones that dont play would go grey for the next match. Take Ronaldinho, hes a sub on my team and his arrow is red and i dont play him at all that match, then the next one he will be grey. I mean so many of my players are going grey for every match even if they dont play. Any ideas?

I don't see any of these 'arrows' you guys are talking about. I do notice that when my guys names are grey, I'll sit them down for a game until they are back to white. Where might I find these 'arrows' that you guys speak of?

Go to the formation screen and then press R1 once.
The arrows appear next to the player names.
