my chants dont work in master league

The chants are working in friendy match, but they do not work in my master league..so whats the problem?has anybody the same?
looking for help...or do i need a fanbase first (playing d-league two)

i bought a usb stick from daymos. its with his OF and as extra you get chants with it.
Never used a OF before so im pretty exited to have all the real teams.
