My Option File

Can anyone please help.
i have spent two weeks editing my whole PES3 game.
i have done all transfers, kits and badges to every club team and have sorted out the national team names and added new players to the squads. i have an xport for my PS2 but i dont know how to transfer my option file on to a link 4 download. since i spent so much time i want more people to see it than just my mates and my brother. so could someone give me a step by step walk through this process. cheers

If you want to upload your .xps files, zip them up and then go to
http://frutsel.terrainhost.com/frut...eManagerServlet
where you can set up an account. You can then upload files of up to 500KB onto there and then give people the link to your file and they can download them easily (while frutsel is working that is).
