My Pes keeps crashing

Ive got a problem guys, everytime i go into the menus and go into one of the modes.. (exhibition, be a legend etc) it freezes and i cant turn of the ps3. I am using the option file from this forum (Von Option File 1.0.6). Can anyone explain why it keeps crashing?

You're best off asking this in the Von Option File 1.0.6 thread as maybe others have had the same problem and you are more likely to get an answer in there too.
