if I want to use a mod, for my xbox 360 pes2012, can i do that without a harddrive? maybe by usb? I dont know how to "install" these mods on my xbox so they will appear in pes, thx

What do you mean mod? Like an Option File? If you do they can be added to USB without the need of an HDD but if its a slow USB drive then the loading times will be painful so there wouldn't be much point.
