I was looking at my Master League side, thinking about UEFA and everyone else saying every player in the English league should be English etc etc etc foreigners are bad etc etc etc... vote Tory and so on.
And I realised I could field, while not an English XI, a British XI:
Gordon (Sco); Micah Richards (Eng), Hobbs (Eng), Carragher (Eng), Bale (Wal); Lennon (Eng), Gerrard (Eng), Reo Coker (Eng), Walcott (Eng); Agbonlahor (Eng), Lindfield (End).
As well as having Jackson (Eng).
This isn't me being overly English or anything (hell, I hate most things "England" stands for, most of which is predjustice) but it's Konami seeming to think that English players are giong to erupt into super strong footballing legends.
Has anyone else noticed this? There's plenty of fictional players like Shaw and Cooper who are English, as well as other young players like Ashley Young and Downing who turn very good.
Or am I just particularly lucky/unlucky with my signings to be able to meet UEFA Standards so well?
