i want to get a patch for pes4, but i cant use the hard drive, there is a topic explaining how to put in a patch to an iso to burn to dvd. can this be done with xbox version (and is there an xbox patch that ill work with this way of doing it ..ppf i think)

i want to be able to have updated player stats as the ones on their now suck (ie: alonso, carragher)

and i hear patches update the stats that WORK in master league.

so can you tell me if i can use that burning iso method (explained for ps2 dvds) for xbox and if so which patch should i use to do this with?
