Need help about editing WEShop Players in WEPES2007

Well, is there any program used to "exchange" a WEShop player and another player in WEPES2007?
For example, I wanna take Veron and Vagner Love out of WEShop so I can put him on their national teams, and put some "not registered" players in their places, such as Rivaldo and Amoroso. How can I do this?

If the answer for the above question is negative, I got another question:

I thought that if is not possible to exchange players, I could exchange all their stats, appearance and basic info. NoMad DB Editor can edit almost everything, but no appearance :( is there any program used to edit ALL player's info, including faces and hairs?
