Need Help With Transferring Option File From Pc To Ps3!

I have donwloaded an option file and have it all un zipped on my usb stick but the first folder is just called '5.0 FULL' with all the smaller folders inside it and my ps3 wont open any folders up. IN THIS '5.0 FULL' folder there is an edit folder with 4 files including a .BIN file is this the way it should be? Could someone point me in the right direction please?
