When I try to enter my registartion code and password, it comes up with 'registration code already in use'. Has anybody else had this problem or know anything I can do about it or how I can get a new code.

im also having the same problem, the game isnt pre-owned either
i tried e-mailing konami but they dont seem to be in a rush to reply...

apparently its because your game might be a new return, ie someone played it and registered it for a day or something and then took it back, i just took my game back today and exchanged it for another one and it works fine now, hope that helps you out
