Thanks guys. Got a question, about the avatars, are you only allowed to use your own avatars after a certain requirement is fullfilled or have I missed out on something? At the moment, I can only select the stored avatars.

You need to be a "Level 4 user" which requires 250 posts to gain your own custom avatar. You can find all the details as to what you need to do to get what here.
