The concept is extremely simple,
(1st) The Mode will be used online, on the ML, or with simple exhibition matches.
(2nd) In order to select the "fantasy team mode", simply, instead of selecting a "real" football club such as Real Madrid or Barcelona, just select on the screen that reads "fantasy team".
(3rd) Once you select the "fantasy team" mode, then you will select 11 players, any players, from any team.
(4th) When playing a "fantasy team" vs a "real team", you can simply load the 11 players that you want to select, and therefore avoid yourself the time that would have been wasted on selecting each player individually.
(5th) When playing a "fantasy team" vs another "fantasy team", you cannot load the 11 players that you want to select, and instead, the player selection will be by turns: User-A selects his first player, then User-B selects his first player, then User-A selects his second player, and then User-B selects his second player, etc, etc.
(6th) When creating a "fantasy team", it will also be necessary to select a fully licensed uniform.... the fully licensed uniforms should be identical or almost-identical to the ones that real teams currently use, with the Adidas or Nike logo, but of course, the "Real Madrid" or "Manchester United" logo should not be available due to licensing restraints.
(6th) For example, the Barcelona uniform, there should be a preset-copy (without the "Barcelona" logo) available for the fantasy teams to use.
(7th) Due to the possibility of licensing restraints or violations, Konami should offer a set of logos, to be added to the fully licensed uniform, to be used by the fantasy team that you just created.
(8th) And in addition, a few classic uniforms from the 1980s and 1990s could be added, to add that little bit extra touch of variation to the game. About 10 or 20 classic uniforms, would suffice to add that little extra touch of attention to detail, which would not go unnoticed by many PES fans.
----------------------------------------------------
Such a mode, although simple in design and function, would offer two of the factors that PES fans enjoy the most about the Master League, that is: uniform editing, and fantasy teams....
This is a simple feature that would prove extremely successful with online users, who do not have the time to compromise themselves to Online Master Leagues, but still want to have the freedom of editing the uniforms, as well as selecting their own fantasy team.
