The pesfan and ratinho option files already contain updated kits with sponsors/logos on them. Whistle is in the process of making a pes4 option file with great kits too.

And if you want the bestest kits for the game, jonboyo has already released a patch for PES4. Check the downloads section for all these files when they are released.
