New PES'er Option file question

I bought this game just before Christmas. Its the first and only football I've owned or played. I would like to have the "proper" players and teams though. Which is the best option file to install? Also can I do this as I have updated to the new patch and DLC and will I still be able to apply further Konami patches with an option file installed?

You can go through some of these option files. They are different BLES codes. You also find directions on how to install these option files and other content you may need for a specific option file to work. So first make sure what BLES your game is. You can check on the side of the game disk box or on the disk itself. Hope you get sorted. Happy new year.
