I might get both and decide which ones better. i think football manager is going to be better though. their making eastside hockey manager too. it looks awesome

THe new site is totally up and running now. That link is directly to a new news announcememtn regarding the match engine. Looking fantastic it is, I'll give them that.

As I said in a previous email, the decision as to which one to get is going to be much hard. I'd like to stick with SI and get FM'05, as I have since CM3, but CM5 is shaping up to be pretty damn good.

Having played and been a fan of the CM series since CM2 I am sticking with SI Games, and I don't like Eidos

Though I may purchase the CM game if it is any good, though I feel like boycoting them for keeping the name.

both games are looking very similar at the moment. i have a feeling that people wont know htat football manger is the real champ manger and will end up buying the new champ manager. maybe this i s the reason why eidos are making their game almost exactly the same as the old championship manager series when they couldve made a completely new and differnt game.

im gona buy the game that has a 3-d game and not a 2-d like in cm03/04 but i would definetely say that fm5 would be my preffered option rite now.

they both ahave a 2d type math engine i think. plus i fel there is nothing wrong with the top down math screen. if you want a 3d match get Total Club Manager 2005. it uses the fifa engine to show the matches.
