No EPL in BAL?

I'm three quarters of my way through my first BAL season and I've just noticed that there are no English teams in either of the European competitions, nor can I find any when scanning the 'transfer marketplace'.

It appears the four divisions I have are the La Ligue, Serie A, Legue Une and a mixed bag of second rate European teams.

No EPL in sight.

How on earth do I include the EPL teams in my current game? Or, indeed, any BAL game?

you can customize how you want your 4 leagues to look like before you start the game.

After you are done making your character and press "CONFIRM" you will get up a suggestion of 4 leagues, Choose wich of the 4 league systems you want to start in (League A, B, C or D is default, may be different names if you have custom OF / Kitserver installed)
Choose one and you will get this question; "Progress without changing" and "Change"

Choose "Change" here and put whatever teams you wish in each of the 4 leagues.
