no patch, only option file...

don't know if this is posted early. everybody posts about patches and how to do it, i'm not familiarized with isos and stuff, so this is very difficult to me, but my question is this:
how can i save an option file in my XBOX, which have correct names, kits, all PES shop items buyed, etc.
can i download an option file and burn it in a cd or dvd and introduce to my xbox and save it, erasing my old option file, but dont know if that can be done.
if the answer is yes, i hope so, where can i download an option file like that?
do i need some program to save the O.F. in my xbox?

i've downloaded watson's option file, but doesn't have max drive, there's another way to save it in my XBOX?, please heeeelp!!!!!!!!!!

I know this is possible on PS2 (if the PS2 is modded and can read burnt discs), but I am unsure if this sort of thing is possible on the X-Box. Is your X-Box chipped/modded? If not I would just recommend you buy a Max Drive.

my xbox is chipped, but i can`t find a max drive in my city (Culiacán, Sinaloa, México), and i don't travel so often to the USA so it's very difficult to me

I doubt Play will deliver to Mexico though. Have a look on ebay.

you're right boss, they don't deliver to mexico, and in ebay it was imposible too, maybe i've to recognize i woldn't obtain any help and have to edit the complete game by miself, 10x anyway
