Basically just wanted to confirm if you edit someone else's edit data, that will prevent trophies? so either create your own and keep adding to it or stick with a made OF but cant change anything

If you cope the system data as well, it will yes.

But then you create a new user account on your ps3 (if you're on ps3 of course)
Then logon with the new user - start pes. All edit data is gone. Go and delete new user account - logon with your normal account - voila. Trophies can be unlocked.
