If Konami can update squads weekly for online modes why cant they do this for offline too, like Fifa do? They already have all the transfers apart from todays which will be added next Friday, lol..

Why can't Konami update the Offline squads every Thursday too??

I think that costs Konami money for offline downloads, and they don't want to spend it.

I don't think that is the case any more, and it hasn't been for the past few years. For instance, Microsoft scrapped developer fees back in 2013. Look at games like NBA Live 16 and NBA 2K16, they are continually updated (stats/game-play tweaks etc.)

There's no excuse for Konami's laziness.
