One touch controls on game plan.

I normally use one touch controls on game plan, but every time i go on to it its asks "do you want to use one touch??" and then have to click yes. I have chosen this on the settings but it keeps coming up and is seriously pissing me off as it comes up every time... Grrrrrrr any help
