does anyone know how can i save goals when i score them online???

No you can't. Unless you hook up your PC to capture the highlights.

You need a PC-TV card.

Or run your PS2/X-Box through a DVD recorder as I do and record the whole match (or just the highlights) and then edit it later on the PC.

I always have my mobile phone close by, this enables me to video the replays after the game, not easy but can be done.
I have a Sony Ericsson v800 and use the memory stick duo to then transfer them onto my laptop or keep them on my phone to show my mates.

but does the replays quality come out quite good using the mobile??

The quality is much better when playing off-line purely because you have more time to set yourself up, online you don't get much of a chance. The quality is never going to be as good as the memory card - but if all you want is a reminder of a great goal you've scored then Bob's your uncle, job done.
