90% of online matches are very playable, you should just avoid playing against people from other continents, nothing can prevent delay in those matches, not even the most perfect net code. Fifa doesnt have better online mode.

The problem may be geographical differences.

I'm in the US and have played about 100 games in MLO. 90+ have been from players in S. America. Only one against a US player and a handful from N. America, usually Mexico. The 'button lag' causes a very frustrating experience. Fifa games were almost always against a US opponent. Occasionally a Mexican and those would sometimes lag.

Until PES gets a larger following in the US, I guess I will just have to deal with it or go back and play offline.

Yea thats it, europe is best for online pes. You have to be aware that once a game starts, you and your opponent are connected with p2p connection, and you cant expect data to travel to him in a millisecond. There has to be some delay in buttons you press.

I just got destroyed by someone in the Middle East. Button lag was ridiculous. My possession had to be less than 20%. My team of chumps could not pass the ball. The loaded team just took the ball at will while my players would stand there. I then played against a Brazilian and it was much better but still some lag.

The problems with the clunky switching and the AI's mistakes are magnified online due to the lag.

Also, I may be too late for MLO. My team is new and its very hard to beat a team loaded with talent. A get a lot of draws but a whole lot more loses than wins. The lag and lack of talent is killing me.

I've played 1 person from Florida, and one from Canada somewhere. I played a handful of Mexicans though but they are usually laggy as well.

Most of my opponents are from europe (not many UK) or SA. I usually don't lag unless I'm playing a guy from Asia or sometimes Russia, but depends on their internet quality, I've played guys from those regions that didn't lag. *shrug*

Xbox. Everybody in Brazil must play this game. Thats 80% of my opponents. Some games are better than others. BTW I have now played 2 US players.

95% are good, with accepted small lag.
