So as I am poor and don't have a pc to download an option file onto is it possible to download it directly onto my ps4 or does anyone know anywhere I can find some kind of guide to edit kits etc myself thanks

well in my particulary case the options files work good because depending on the data they have we have to edit the game in less effort but i dont see any option file thats edit all the game ( i mean all the aspects boots for any player and not the ugly defaults that konami creates) and all the teams data from banners to team colors in some cases this option files do that but we have to face it anyone responsible for that options files have diferent ideas or interest .

some one likes to put chinese league ,mls, asian lesser knows teams etc etc in my case i create in the section of the PAS league an africa club league with the best african squads from scratch and let me tell you its a lot of stuff and work we have to change or create kits banners flags edit faces appereances etc etc the most tedious its the boots asignment for every player (I DO REALLY HOPE FOR A TOOL TO USE IN THIS SPECIFIC CONTENT ) allowing us to random apply to any player in game.

well saying that options files are great but always i mean always we have some stuff to edit on our own and thats important because gives the game our identity and ideas to have the best experience playing

do you have a friend who downloaded an option file?
if yes, then borrow a flash memory and copy the option file on it (in a folder called "WEPES"). then put the flash memory on your PS4 and install the option file
