Option File or patch - PC - original Konami stats and gameplay

Does anyone know of a good option file / patch that gives all real names, proper kits etc, but does not change the original Konami stats or gameplay?

I am using the PesEdit.com patch - it looks nice, but now the gameplay feels different and the referees do not give free kicks or penalties for BLATANT FOULS.

anyone else experience this refereeing problem as well??
