Hi,
Im quite new to patching and I was wondering if its possible to apply an option file as a patch? for example. all new transfers, player names,club names etc. can be transferred via patch?

I know about the CD2mem method but can you apply a patch that includes an option file in it?

Sorry if this is a very stupid question but Im just curious.

There are patches available that have an option file included (i.e 'written' into the SLES file/param_dat.bin. Most patch makers include a description of the contents of their patches either in the 'read me' or next to the download link.
