ok all the option files out there are great but i want to know which is the best! BUT if users could vote for or simply rate option files it would save the rest of us time and get what we all want- the best pro evo! How about it?

hmm new pic devil, yeah i agree with devil, different option files have changed different things, some have changed stats of players, others have included different teams, which one you choose depends on how you like to play and most people are different.
