Can anyone do me an Option file for superpatch please?

I have the original Superpatch Option File. I want anew 1 with just 2 changes

1) I need the classic team players changed back to the original konami classic team players (names stats and appearences)
2) I need the shop players cchanged back to the original konami shop players (names stats and appearences)

If anyone could do this for me it would be much appreciated
