Other Sports Section?

Hi there, I've posted very little, and that of which I have contributed to has mainly been a thread about sandwiches. Therefore I'd be suprised if my suggestion held nearly as much merit as a regular poster. Nontheless I'm going to make a one. Now there is a fast growing suspicion that this perticular suggestion has already been made, but I haven't the time to check, so spare me a few flames if it has.

I think this forum is lacking an "Other Sports" section. I know there is an off topic section in which I guess you could talk about other sports. But it's hardly suitable taking into account the amount of threads you'd have to search through in order to find a thread about your desired sport.

I realise this forum is mainly Football orientated, but noticing an NBA thread popping up and finding myself pondering over making a Rugby thread, maybe this idea is worth a shot?

That a good point and there are lots of threads about other sports. Tennis threads will pop up around Wimbledon, and same with F1. Its just a case of looking for them. Normally, people put them in the Off-Topic Section.

Well it is logical, but we don't really want too many different forums because then it will get a bit confusing and be annoying. But we just have to ask Hitman.

I think there was an 'Other Sports' section on the forums a while ago, didn't really take off though.
