Patch help

I am about to try an patch my game. I have bought some Sony CD-R 700Mb and I have the Nero 5.5 programe.
When I have decided which patch I wish to download do I select open file or save file and what do I do after thank.

i would like to start patching my pes games now. first of all wen i get pes3 how do i patch it, wat do i need, were do i get it an how much etc.

Forget about patching without a chipped console, you need at least the slide-card or a flip top lid. And I think it makes more sence to patch WE7, not PES3
