any able to patch pes5 and then save onto memory card then put in into max file then upload it so us ppl who dont have a clue about it can download it (maybe that aint possible though)

Patches are not option files and option files are not patches.
Patches cannot be saved onto memory cards. If they could why would be people patching at all instead of just sharing the memory card files?
Option file for PES5 = 1.2MB
Patch for PES5 = 500MB+
