patching WE7 with the wendetta patch

I need some help!!!!!!!
I've got the 9 parts of the Wendetta 2003-2004 patch downloaded, but they were all .rar files and i need a .ppf file to copy on to my bin file of we7. someone gave me a link to WinRar and I've downloaded that to convert the .rar files to a .ppf file, but I've got no idea how to do this.
Can someone please xplain what I've got to do cause I need the updated patch on WE7, I'm bored with the Y2K one now.
