Sounds ace! I absolutely loved Deus Ex, so my anticpation for Alpha Protocol has spiked with the comparisons drawn.
I like the fact that there are different choices to opt for in dialogue situations, options that can alter the path the game takes. That's quality. And of course the ability to mould ones character into a specialist in whatever field they care for, that is awesome, and adds further depth to the experience.
I really need to get around to completing a few of (the unquestionably ace) games I have had on the spin for a while now, though. Those being Fallout 3 (PS3), Bioshock (PS3), and Baldur's Gate (PC). And I have Oblivion: Game of the Year Edition (PS3) sitting there, relatively untouched since my last attempt bought the farm due to the leveling system gimping my character, while enemies grew ever more powerful. I may (depending on work) be able to wrap up Baldur's Gate, or Fallout 3 before October 27th!
