PES 2008 fail to auto load option file

if you attempt change player name (for example) and save changes then exit from game and run pes again. you can see your changes is not loaded so far you go to load manualy option file. this problem fix with attach a gamepad to pc but this is really a bug for game that without gamepad don't work correctly.
have anyone patch for solving this problem?
