It's out in Japan now, I got it on import, it's Japanese and in English..

There is a WE 2008 version that has both Japanese and English,
i m quite impressed, IMO its better than the PS2 version, bar the resolution. The fans chants are remarkable!! UI is next gen like, gameplay is good, the wide camera allows great field of view, much better than FIFA 2008 and the soundtrack has the best tracks from older versions plus the 2008 ones!
