PES 2009 PC Version - Advice on Patches and Option files for a novice

Hi there,

I am new here and I am about to ask a question I am sure has been asked a billion times before.

I have just bought PES 2009 PC Version(Im on a budget so no PES 2010....yet) and very simply I want to play with the latest England League teams with the correct players and kits etc.....what is the simplest download I can go for? I have checked several sites now and there are hundreds and hundreds patches and option files and I'm just a little bit lost in it all.

I have downloaded Version 1.4 Patch so far.....so where next?

Any help would be great!!
