PES 2009 Crash. Help pls!

My configs:
AMD Phenom(tm) 8450 Triple-Core Processor x 3(2.11Ghz)
3.0 GB RAM
ASUS EAH4850 512MB

The game crashes in any mode of pes2009 when the ball goes out of play or when the game is preparing to begin (the little stars screen). When the game is loaded it never crashes when ball is in game, it crashes when i have a throw in, or a corner, or a foul, or when i go to 2nd half.

I have all latest drivers , i tried with patches 1.1 and 1.2 and keep crashing. I tried a resolution fix and even install the konami patch every time before open pes2009 and it doesnt work too. i tried to reinstall directx, change directx dlls and i already formated my pc (not because the game) and nothing resolves....

I played pes3,4,5,6 and never got this problems.

Someone knows if pes2009 have problems with some kind of hardware? ATI, AMD maybe?? And if someone knows any kind of solution even if so bizarelly pls let me know, i just cant play one match without crash, even trainning.

Allready tryed new disc... Both discs work just fine on my older pc with just 512 mb ram...

Well ... Here is the same problem, i guess the problem come from our Hardware "Phenom"

I have:
Quad Core Phenom 9750
G-force 9600GT
2 GB memory
250 GB on Hard disk

I already tried to find on every sit, but, no results :crymore:
