PES 2013 editing section now open!

The PES 2013 Editing section has been created. I suggest we try to concentrate new work there.

All the League creations threads for 2012/2013 seasons have been moved to there. If I missed any please tell me I will move them for you.

BTW. If you want you thread moved to the 2013 section I can do this for you (When I agree it belongs there)
