I just see some demo in youtube ....it seem it have same foolish commentry like pes 13 ...isnt it...??...or their is some improvement.??

Yes a lot of people have voiced their opinion against this but Konami have changed commentators for regional languages from time to time.
Also they add some commentary context every year.

Some people who have played an advanced version of the code have said that the commentary is better but not by much. Honestly, as tiring and annoying as commentary can get in pes (or in fifa but more in pes), I don't really pay much attention to it unless the gameplay bothers me.

After listening to John Champion & Jim Beglin commentate on the the Utd/Liverpool game last night I think the scripted PES commentating is better than their actual commentating :D

I think Actually No commentator is bad...bt konami have just add more sentences in pes commentry to improve it..Large vocabulary that at least not repeated in a match at least and commentator shoud provide information about new singing. player form.goals.team&cup history.player popularity.certain historical fixtures b/w two teams...if they include this the game become real..becauze during playing game a person can feel only two things...1.gameplay 2.commentry..nt player faces nt stadium.bt KONAMI engineers jst dnt understanding this basic things nd giving that creepy commentry every time...any way gameplay is far better than robotic fifa.bt fifa commentry far as like real tv game commentry..and it look amazing when u hear in headphone.

Turn the commentary off, hear the crowd, feel the atmosphere. Pretend you're watching it from the stands rather than on the TV.

My tip - pick a foreign language you are learning/want to learn. Switch to that language's commentators. Commentary is now much less annoying and is also educational. Plus now if your wife/girlfriend/mum (hopefully not all the same person) moans at you for playing too much you can say you are studying your new language.
