Dear Konami,
I'm a customer who really loved and advocated (what was) a great game called PES for more than 7 years. Playing it regularly since 2007, I witnessed the ups an downs of the game and the way it earned its name.
However, since 2014, and for a second year in a row, you gave us a great looking game, with beautiful animations, and probably the worst and most frustrating game play I have ever experienced.
I will not get into the details which you should have known very well by now (you better did, otherwise there is really a much bigger problem!). From the unfair game play, the AI disgusting cheating, to the poor movements and controls, and the plotted, pre-defined results of matches.
What I will tell you is only one thing: you got it completely wrong. Difficulty of the game doesn't mean CPU cheating against the player. you are making a GAME, that should be FUN (F U N!) regardless of the difficulty level, not frustrating like a torture.
The developers of PES along with, what seems to be really lousy, game testers, failed to get to the essence of the soccer game. Many things are plain wrong in the last two PES games you shipped. You need some experts in soccer to tell you how to define a foul in the game for example, how and when to give a chance after a foul is committed, etc.. Clearly, your existing teams are incapable of creating a fun, entertaining, and enjoyable soccer game. Instead they created a great looking game with very frustrating gameplay which is driving people away from PES to competitors, and pushing them very hard to really HATE what they used to love. What a real shame!
If you think that people are complaining because they want an EASY game, then you are getting it wrong again!
People need a FAIR game that they enjoy playing, even if it is hard to beat. Creating the consistent feeling of UNFAIRNESS playing your game is plain stupid (this is not a curse, but more of a description).
The daily time I used to play PES used to be the time I was looking for, now it is the time that I don't care about. What is the point of playing the game If I know that I'm not going to enjoy it. But rather watch the CPU AI cheating as it was programmed to do. It will commit fouls without punished for it, any kind of tackle I commit is a guaranteed foul mostly with cards, my CPU-controlled players are acting against their own team to let the CPU win! and all of the other horrible plotting in PES. I enjoyed playing Sensible soccer and European Championship Soccer (back in 1992) more than PES 2014 or 2015... combined!
I'm not really counting on you taking this feedback seriously, but believe me you just lost a big fan.
I wish your company a good luck, although I know luck won't help if you continue to create the a game focusing only of the look, and neglecting the horrible gameplay. What a loss to the soccer games!
