I can not understand why the PC version does not have at least the same quality as the "NEXT GEN" versions. Is the PC version using same kind of "FOX Engine" like NExt GEN? Whats your problem? Why can not the game be pre-ordered via "Steam"? Why is there no "Steam Achievments". Why is the PC Platform, which has become increasingly important in recent years treated so negative?

I am very frustrated so.

Also no Pre-Load on steam. Why there are no Steam Achievments like on all other platforms?

They target low PC specs.
...or they have a deal with the console makers to make the PC version ugly to encourage next gen console purchase. :)
