Does anyone know how to convert an european pro evolution soccer 2008 (pes2008) to the japanese world soccer: winning eleven 2008 (we2008) option file?

Its easy to find pes2008, but we2008 is quite difficult.

I heard about hex editing the files, but I find it hard to believe that its simply as to rename the filenames written in the files.

Help?
