PES2008 Trivia:
Konami fakes the names of their own default ML team in PES since PES3(Castello is Castolo, Baroja is Barota, Miranda is Minanda,Ximenez is Ximelez, Stremer is Stromer, Huygens is Huylens,etc...)
-Some names' R's are traded by L's and L's traded by R's (Braszczykowski,Ilora)
-Lavezzi and De Vezze are misspelled(Lavessi,De Vesse)
-Blaszczykowski has goalkeeper stats
-Consistency is a hidden stat in the game
-Joe Cole is not in England NT and Ibrahimovic is not in the Sweden NT despite playing in the NT long before the game release
-Kahn is missing from the game despite having played for Bayern in the 2007-08 season
-Some fake name players have their preset faces in the game[PS2](Chilavert,C. López,Batistuta)
-Sporting Lisbon's kit is too green but they are licensed
-Every language has their own adverts in the game
-Most of the PES and We United players are 35-45
-Pas Chiton was a fake name in past PES
-Costacurta is an extra player, but he was still playing for AC Milan in 2007-08
-Da Costa(PSV/Fiorentina),Luke Young (Middlesbrough/Aston Villa) and Vandamme(Roda JC) have wrong skin colour
-A Nike ball is only available in La Liga
-No team has fake player names
-Atletico has most of the team with preset faces
-Classic England lost most of the 60 and 70's great players like Banks,B. and J. Charlton,but they still kept Alan Ball
-La Liga is named Liga Española in the game
-Secunda División BBVA has their license marked in the game
-Internazionale is named Inter in the game
-Stadio Giuseppe Meazza is named San Siro in the game
-Estádio is misspelled as Estàdio
-Camp Nou is incorrectly referred as Nou Camp
-All European UEFA teams but Montenegro are in the game as well as Senegal,Morocco,Venezuela,Bolivia,Egypt,Algeria,Jamaica and 16 Asia teams as well, all have fake player names but real players.(PS2)
-Egypt,Algeria and Cyprus have real names despite not being in the game. That's because they are part of FIFPro, and PES has licensing of all FIFpro teams besides Germany and Serbia(PS2)
-30+ Bundesliga players are in the game.
-You cant register a player as a Latvian, I suppose thats because Latvia was supposed to feature in the game when they were traded by Israel and Konami just traded Latvia to Israel and deleted Latvian players
-There are no Azerbaijan players in the game but Azerbaijan appear as a possible player nationality in Master League
-Hirschfeld is still at Rosenborg but he got free agent in early 2007
-You can tackle the player without the ball after the kick-off
-If you cross from a 45-50 m Free Kick, the Goalkeeper will punch the ball, unless it hits the ground first. You can score goals this way too
-Dragão is misspelled as Dragon
Vassell and Pizarro are misspelled (Vassel and Pizzaro respectively)
-Some commentary name players aren't on the game. (Emre Asik-loaned from Galatasaray;Cihan Haspolatli-Played in Galatasaray back in 2007 and some more)
