PES3 and multi windows users??!!

I had this issue lately.
I've multi users on my systems running Windows XP.
I reinstalled windows on 2 PCs and I installed the latest Catalyst4.1 drivers.
I've Gigabyte Radeon 9200 128DR.

The game work great untill I switch users.. The game becomes soooooo slow, Even at the intro movie I notice alot frame skips.

I uninstalled the catalyst 4.1 and went back to gigabyte's driver (comes with the card), and eveything went fine with multi users. but thoso drivers don't run the latest games well.

Any one has a solution???
