PES3 on PC : Is it possible to edit players stats with Hexadecimal program ?

I'm a fan of PES3 on Pc and I think is the players are too tall...
I already reduce the size of the players at least with the editor included in the game, but I find that it is not enough, I want more realism !!

I would like to know if somebody succeeded in finding the stats in the following files (pes3.exe or data_f.afs) and modify them with "Hexworkshop" or another editor ?????
