least year GAME had a pes2 comp to see who the best pes2 player was prior to the game even being released. do you think that will happen this time anyone? i was able to buy the demo for 2 quid

Yeah, you're right. You got it when you pre-orded the game. I haven't heard that this will happen this year but I hope it does.

You were given the demo when you pre-orded PES2. You had to pay a £2 deposit for it.
On the demo you were given a code at the end of the match (well, half time!) which was used to detirmine who was the best player.

i won 3-0 once which was a fluke and my biggest defeat was 3-0 also - heskey hatrick when i won and 3R;s when i lost.

My biggest win was 3-0 as well. It was tough what with it being on five star difficulty and England being in normal condition whereas Brazil were in top condition.

my first goal always came from the centre, owen all the way. in and out. fires it against marquez who hits it against the post and it goes in.

I heard from a good source that they should be doing something similar again this year with a PES3 demo.
If so, I'm looking forward to it.

This time I am going to buy the demo as soon as possible and play it like a maniac to get a good score!

My best in the PES2 demo was 2-0 but I never got around to sending in the form. I heard of some people qualified with 2-0 but some didn't with 3-0! Weird.

They seem to do that a lot with demos of games. I just got the recent OPSM2 and they have loads of playables that have been out for ages. Must be some kickback or cheaper or something. It's been going on for a while. Either that or companies r reluctant to give out code so much?

i think that code at the end signals all the possesion and chances that you had, the probably typed it up in their database and if they think you got a good score, they would qualify you.
