I'm really sorry but Im new to all this patching and option files etc etc

I wanted to update my game but I cant understand what to do with this file I have downloaded and I've tried reading the threads in here but got totally lost

Can someone tell me what I have to do with this file called

PES3 V3.05 Update Option File by Georginho 16.11.03.xps

that i have downloaded so that i can update my game?

I'm really really confused and yet i dont have a problem with other games
