PES4 Slowdown....help

Okay. I\m experiencing Slowdown on corner kicks and also when the penalty area is crowded with players. Is there anything that I can do to at least help subdue some of the effect?

Set the game to 50 Hz when loading it up. That gets rid of it for most people.

I had the same problem, I was playing at 50Mhz and had the camera angle set to wide. I've now had to change it to normal long. Although it takes getting used to it's playable. Any more suggestions anyone?

Try turning the crowd stars settings to be less than 3*.
Or give your PS2 a lens cleaning disk.
