Instructions follow this guide step by step
Required; clean PES5 iso image or with fixed dnas only.
Use DVD Decrypter to create new pes5 on your HD
Create a folder and name it 'PES5 FINAL',
First you must unzip the patch, start on pt 1, then unzip pt 2 it will ask you do you want to replace the file say "Yes"
Repeat this with both "udates" unzip then when it asks do you want to replace (Or whatever it says Click "Yes to all"
Run/Open DKZ Studio, in main window click-> 'File' tab,
then select & click-> 'Open A FIle', browser window opens.
Use browser to find 'PES5 .iso image' (The one u created with DVD decryter)in your HD,
once found double click-> 'PES5 .iso image' in browser.
'PES5 .iso image' content listing will appear in DkZ's folder window.
Click-> 'Edit' tab, then click-> 'Check All Files In The Current Folder'.
Click-> 'Edit' tab again, then click-> 'Export Checked Files',
browser window opens. Use browser to find 'PES5 FINAL' folder in your HD,
once found click-> 'PES5 FINAL' folder in browser to select it.
To confirm click-> 'Ok' button...
...Please wait while DKZ exports iso's files to your 'PES5 FINAL' folder....
Close dkz's folder window...now apply patch...
[Applying Patch]
In DKZ Studio's main window click-> 'File' tab,
then select & click-> 'Open A File', browser window opens.
Use browser to find patch file in your HD,
when found double click-> patch file in browser.
patch file content listing wil appear in DkZ's folder window.
Click-> 'Patch' tab, then select & click-> 'Apply Patch In Folder',
browser window opens; browse to find 'PES5 FINAL' folder in your HD,
once found click-> 'PES5 FINAL' folder in browser to select it,
then click-> 'OK' button...
...message pops up; select & click 'DVD', wait while DKZ applies patch...
(This will happen with the "update")
...When done a new message box appears stating if patched successfully. Click 'Ok' button...
then you must apply the "update" patch - repeat [Applying Patch].
...message pops up; select & click 'DVD', wait while DKZ applies patch...
...Close dkz.
Now you need to compile your iso. You have 2 options...
NERO [I suggest use Nero, it sound much easier]
1. Open NERO burning,
in 'New Compilation' window select DVD (UDF/ISO), last option in list.
Click 'iso' tab and select the follwoing;

File system: ISO 9660 + Joilet
File name length (ISO): Max of. 11 = 8+3 chars (Level 1)
Character set (ISO): ISO 9660 (standard ISO CD-Rom)
Relax restrictions Un-tick all boxes.
Once done click 'New' button.
In new window use browser to locate your 'PES FINAL' folder,
click folder to open it in right window, select all file in window
and drag them to centre left window, click burnin rom icon tab,
select no multi-session, finalize cd & slowest speed possible x2.

once found click-> 'PES5 FINAL' folder in browser to select it.
To confirm click-> 'Ok' button...
...Please wait while DKZ exports iso's files to your 'PES5 FINAL' folder....
Close dkz's folder window...now apply patch...
