I've been a paid member of Gamespot.com for many years & I regularly converse with one of the UK reviewers re: PES. He was one of the lucky ones to get an invite into Konami's closed doors area & actually got some hands on time with PES6. You've probably read his review on Gamespot but below are the brief Q&A's that I asked him on the game.

Please don't let this one fall under the radar. This is the first time Konami have brought PES/WE to E3 so it would be great is you could find out as much info as possible on the game itself & which platforms it will be released on.
PES7 has been anounced for Jan 07 on Xbox 360, PS2, DS but there has been no mention of it being released for the PS3. Could you find out whether the game will be relased on this platform too.
If you get a chance to play a work in progress demo of the game then please do post your impressions.

Yeah, no mention of a PS3 version yet mate, but you better believe that Konami is one of the first companies on my list today. I have a behind-closed-doors appointment with them about 30 minutes before most people even get onto the showfloor, so fingers crossed for some Pro Evo!!

Last time you wrote that you were about to head-off to the Konami booth for a look-see at the next itteration of PES.
Justin, I'm interested to know whether you got the opportunity to see/play any next gen footage of the game. There are two next gen 360 screens doing the rounds on the internet but we'd all like to know if there are more to come. Also it has been writen that PES2007 will be on 360, DS, & PS2. there has been no mention of PS3 support. Are you able to confirm the latter?

There was no next-gen version of PES at E3 unfortunately, just PS2 and DS. I'm sure we'll have chance to look at the 360 version soon, though, and I suspect it'll be someone in the UK office rather than me that gets to do it.
